PB & J Marshmallow Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 1 large soft flour tortilla (10-inch)
- 2 tbsps. Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tsps. butter
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 tbsps. Smucker's® Seedless Strawberry Jam
Directions
- Step 1
SPREAD peanut butter on top of tortilla to within 1-inch of edges.
- Step 2
MELT butter in large skillet over medium heat to coat bottom.
- Step 3
PLACE tortilla in skillet, peanut butter side up. Sprinkle evenly with marshmallows. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown on bottom. Remove from skillet and place on cutting board.
- Step 4
DROP 1/2 teaspoonfuls of jam over one half of tortilla. Fold tortilla in half over jam-covered area. Let cool 2 minutes. Cut quesadilla into wedges.
