PB&J Apple Nachos


Love to make snack time for your kids a little more festive? This fun and easy take on a snacking classic is sure to get mmms of approval from your little ones. 


Ingredients

  • 2 oz. tortilla chips (about 26)
  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled red apple
  • 1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Smucker's® Caramel Flavored Topping
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons Smucker's® Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cocktail peanuts

Directions

  • PLACE tortilla chips on serving plate. Top with apples.
  • STIR peanut butter, caramel topping and water in small bowl until smooth. Drizzle evenly over nachos. Top with small spoonfuls of jam. Sprinkle with cheese and peanuts.
